How to play it

  1. 1Play quarter-note bass with the click for a full two minutes without stopping.
  2. 2Aim for boring perfection: every hit exactly with the click, the same volume and the same sound from start to finish.
  3. 3When you and the click are perfectly together the click seems to disappear. Chase that.
  4. 4Check your shoulders every 20 seconds, and breathe. People hold their breath and speed up.
  5. 5Record about 120 seconds.
